CONTRATO 9vs9ACADEMIA METODO COIRA CONTRACT 2025-2026 Soccer 9 Vs 9This Agreement is effective as of the day of the last signature at the bottom (the “Effective Day”) and it is entered into by and between ACADEMIA METODO COIRA LLC (the “Academy”) andas Parent or Legal Guardian (the “Parent”) of(the “Player”). The Academy, the Parent and the Player shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties.”RECITALS WHEREAS, the Academy is a competitive soccer team; and WHEREAS, the Parent desires to register the Player to train and play soccer with the Academy under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Academy desires to accept the Player in its team under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, exchange of mutual agreement, benefit, and obligations recognized in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: The Academy works on developing the technical, psychological, and tactical aspects forming the individual and group aspects of the Player. The Academy will provide sports training to each player who is duly registered and current in the payment of the monthly and tournament fees. The Academy is currently registered under Miami Athletic Club as its official umbrella for its Florida Youth Soccer Association (“FYSA”) identification (the “Umbrella”). The Academy can change the Umbrella at any time, at its sole discretion. Parents and Players shall not contact the Umbrella, for any reason, without the written consent of the Academy. The Player and the Parent understand that the Academy is not a “school of soccer” and that Player’s participation in tournaments will be determined by his/her own abilities and performance as a player, compared to those of the other teammates, at the sole discretion of the Academy. The academic season begins on AUGUST of every year, being operational every month except SPRING BREAK, WINTER BREAK, national holidays, and previously notified days; Season ends on the last day of JUNE of each following year. The selection of the players participating in tournaments is of the exclusive and sole discretion of the Academy and Player and Parent will abide by such decision. 1.2. The category in which the Player will play in each tournament is of the exclusive and sole discretion of the Academy and Player and Parent will abide by such decision. 1.3. The tournament roster will be sent when the head coach and managers consider it appropriate. 1.4. The Academy is, at its sole discretion, entitled to make changes to the roster as well as to the participation of guest players. 1.5. A player age sixteen (16) and older who the Academy considers, at its sole discretion, to have reached certain level of maturity and skill may be called or invited to have the opportunity to participate alongside adults to enhance the opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and the chance to compete at a higher level. 2. TRAINING 2.1. The Academy, at its sole discretion, will form teams. Guest players will be managed administratively by the Academy. These players won't be taken into account in the expense division for team tournaments. 2.2. The Academy, at its sole discretion, can move Player within the different categories during a season. 2.3. Academy is not responsible for training sessions that need to be cancelled due to weather conditions or otherwise. Number of training sessions are estimated and not guaranteed. 2.4. Academy reserves the right to change training locations at its sole discretion. 2.5. A player age sixteen (16) and older who the Academy considers, at its sole discretion, to have reached certain level of maturity and skill may be called or invited to have the opportunity to train alongside adults to enhance the opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and the chance to compete at a higher level.3. PLAYERS 3.1. Parent hereby expressly authorizes the Academy and its members to communicate directly with the Player individually or in a group as follows:By email to:By phone number:3.2. Player shall attend all events on time (training, civic and sporting events to which it is convened by the Academy). 3.3. Player shall attend the events in the necessary implements and full official uniform, football shoes and shin guards. Wearing the official uniform is mandatory in all training and parties held by the Academy, including official training and civic or sport events. Attending to an event without the official uniform is grounds for suspension. 3.4. It is absolutely prohibited for the Player to participate in physical fights of any kind or inappropriate foul language of any kind. 3.5. Player shall maintain impeccable decorum on and off the training ground, as in all matches, respecting game rules, referees, opponents and the general public. 3.6. Player shall respect any and all differences between players. Player will be subject to sanctions if his/her actions physically or psychologically affect another player. 3.7. Player shall respectfully comply with the direction and instruction of the coach(es). 3.8. Player must always use respectful language, avoid fights and clashes between peers and/or players from other schools. 3.9. Player must timely notify the coach in advance of any absence to a training session. 3.10. Player has a responsibility and commitment to attend all matches convened. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3.11. If Player has two consecutive weeks of unjustified absence, it will be subject to termination and Parent shall remain monetarily liable for the full season, pending tournaments, and the release, if applicable. 3.12. Player is not allowed, by any means, to tryout or train with other Clubs without the written consent of the Academy. 3.13. Player shall attend and pay for all games and tournaments for which Player is convocated and confirmed. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3.14. Player can only be on the bench during the convocated matches. It is otherwise forbidden to stay in the field if Player is not convocated to play on that team. 3.15. Player shall be subject to disciplinary action if Player does not comply with the aforementioned rules. 3.16. The Academy reserves the right to discipline the Player and to determine the appropriate course of action, up to and including termination of Player for inappropriate conduct, at Academy sole discretion, of Player, Parent, or their guests. 3.17. In the event that Player’s contract is terminated as a consequence of a non-compliance of these aforementioned rules, at the sole discretion of the Academy, Parent shall remain responsible for payment of the full season, pending or past leagues and tournaments, and the release, as applicable.4. PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS 4.1. Be on time to the training, civic, and sporting events scheduled by the Academy; 4.2. Parent shall notify the Academy if Player will be absent and present documentation to excuse said absence(s). If the player is absent for two consecutive weeks without documentation, Player's contract will be terminated. 4.3. It is absolutely prohibited for Parent, Player, and their guests to participate in physical fights of any kind or inappropriate foul language of any kind. 4.4. Negative, demeaning or inappropriate comments (at the sole discretion of the Academy) towards other players, parents, coaches, or others are not allowed. Physical or verbal aggression is absolutely forbidden. 4.5. If you require an appointment regarding the player’s development or any other concern, such request should be submitted via email at infocoira@gmail.com. 4.6. Training cannot be interrupted. Comments and questions shall be directed via email to the coach and administration who, at its discretion, will coordinate a zoom meeting to discuss questions and concerns. 4.7. Parent shall keep distance inside the field and avoid giving instructions to the players. 4.8. Parent and family members should always show an exemplary attitude during practices, supporting and encouraging our team using the appropriate language and voice tone. 4.9. Parent shall accept decisions made by coaches or coordinators regarding Player. 4.10. Parent shall comply with payments and scheduled fees, regardless of the Player’s absence. NO EXCEPTIONS (Illness, injury, personal reasons). 4.11. Player shall be on time to all civic and sporting events scheduled by the Academy. 4.12. Parent, family members, and their guests shall always show an exemplary attitude during games, supporting and encouraging Academy players using the appropriate language and tone of voice. 4.13. It is forbidden to give instructions to players. 4.14. Comments, instructions, and complaints to Academy coaches during games are not allowed. If there is any type of complaint, it should be addressed via email to the operational director, who will send the observations and make decisions not before 72 hours after the event. 4.15. Any complaint to the coach, referee or director during the tournament will be grounds for the Player’s withdrawal from the match or the tournament at the sole discretion of the Academy. 416. The Academy, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to select the players and guest players who will be able to attend tournaments or other events. 4.17. The Academy, represented by the Head Coaches or directors, will decide which tournaments or leagues the teams will participate in throughout the season, based on the needs and capabilities of each team. *Fee Schedule for Season 2025-2026 Soccer 9 Vs 9 2014/2015 – Registration payment $250.00 and 11 monthly payments between August to June of $182 Season time from August 18, 2025 to June 30, 2026 Registration fee to be paid by 05/01/2025 NOTE: Each Player is responsible for travel expenses and accommodations, which are not included in the Tournament fee and the organizers may require a specific accommodation. Payments for tournaments will be to the assigned person of the Academy for each team on the agreed dates. 4.18. The Academy may participate in Leagues and Tournaments it deems necessary for the development of its players and teams. If the Academy invites the Player to participate, the Player must make payment, even if the Player does not attend, regardless of the reason for the absence (illness, injury, or other personal reasons).Player will be subject to disciplinary action if Player does not comply with the aforementioned rules. 4.19. In the event that Player’s contract is terminated as a consequence of a non-compliance of these aforementioned rules, at the sole discretion of the Academy, Parent shall remain responsible for payment of the full season, pending or past tournaments, and the release, as applicable 4.20. PAYMENT OF FEES 4.21. The registration payment shall to be paid by 05/01/2025 4.22. Monthly payments, pursuant to each category (11 month), are due on the first of each month starting in August. 4.23. Payments are considered late if not paid by the 6th day of the month and will incur a late fee of $25.00 per month until paid. 4.24. A Player that is past due on assessments can, at the sole discretion of the Academy, not be allowed to participate until the account is current, including the payment of any late fee. 4.25. No refunds will be made under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS. 4.26. Fees for leagues and tournaments are at the sole discretion of the Academy. 4.27. IDs cards are included with the registration fee. 4.28. Payment must be made on the date established by the administration. 4.29. Payments are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS (Illness, injury, personal reasons). 4.30. Player has the responsibility and commitment to attend all matches convened by the Academy. 4.31. Parent has the obligation to pay the fees established on the scheduled date. 4.32. Non-payment and past due accounts will be submitted to the attorney and Parent will be responsible for legal fees and costs incurred in the collection of unpaid assessments.5. CONTRACT TERMINATION AND RELEASE 5.1. Player’s contract can be terminated during the season if the account is paid in full, including mandatory and confirmed leagues, tournaments, the release, and any applicable late fee. 5.2. There shall be a Release or Contract Termination Fee per Player as as described below: RELEASE and TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT $800.00* This fee in addition to the remaining balance of the Agreement and confirmed tournaments/events. This fee will be applied after the submission of the written request by email and a meeting with the administrative director. 6. UNIFORMS 6.1. Parents must purchase the complete uniform kit, which has an additional cost. Player must train and participate in Leagues and Tournaments wearing a complete uniform. No uniform, no play. No exceptions. 6.2. The Uniform must have been paid for Player to participate in training, league, or tournament. 6.3. The uniforms shall be paid in full at the time of the purchase. 6.4. Uniforms cannot be modified without the written consent of the Academy, which can grant consent at its sole discretion. 7. OTHER PRODUCTS: 7.1. With the purpose of maintaining harmony and uniformity with Academy products, it is FORBIDDEN to utilize the Academy logo without the written consent of the Academy, which can grant it at its sole discretion, and shall be made by the Academy’s authorized vendor. 7.2. All customized products with the Academy logo must be purchased from our authorized vendor. 7.3. The Academy will provide the model, colors, and the logo for printing. 7.4. Parent shall obtain approval from the Academy, as to the type, design and color of a tent, and the cost per player. If approved, the cost of the tent will be charged proportionally for the number of players on the team. 7.5. The team parent will make a list that the parents must respect, since it will indicate who should take charge of the tent according to the game or tournament of each team. 8. MISCELLANEOUS 4.1. Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, Attorneys' Fees. This Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Any judicial proceeding brought by either Party to enforce or interpret this Agreement, or the Exhibits and Exhibits attached hereto, if any, shall be brought in the appropriate court in Miami-Dade County, Florida. By executing and delivering the Agreement, each Party to this Agreement consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and waives any objections to jurisdiction therein. The prevailing Party in any such proceeding shall be entitled to an award of its legal fees and costs incurred and at every level of a litigation and in any proceeding, including bankruptcy court and appeals as applicable. 8.2. Assignment of Agreement. This agreement is not assignable without the written consent of the Parties. 8.3. Contents of the Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the Parties hereto with respect to its subject matter. It shall not be amended or modified, except in writing and executed by both Parties, and no provision hereof shall be waived, except by a written instrument duly executed by each of the Parties hereto. Any and all prior written agreements and understandings between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, whether written or oral, are superseded by this Agreement. 8.4. Unenforceability, Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will nonetheless be binding on the Parties with the same force and effect as if the unenforceable portion had been severed and deleted. 8.5. Acknowledgment of Trades. The Parties acknowledge and agree that: (a) each had sufficient time and opportunity to consult with counsel of their own choosing regarding the terms of this Agreement and the legal implications thereof; (b) this Agreement has been prepared, reviewed and entered into without duress, fraud, or undue influence and without circumstances beyond the free will of the signatories; and (c) this Agreement is made expressly with each Party acting as an equal to the other Party and, accordingly, any rules of interpretation to the effect that any ambiguity shall be resolved against the drafting party shall not be used in the interpretation of this Agreement. Acceleration; Remedies. Upon the occurrence of any breach of this Agreement, by the Player or the Parent, the Academy may, without notice or demand, exercise its rights provided herein and all such rights and remedies shall be cumulative and concurrent and may be pursued singularly, successively or concurrently, at the Academy's sole discretion, including but not limited to declare the amount due to the Academy payable hereeunder to be immediately due and payable, without presentment, demand, protest, or further notice of any kind, all of which are hereby expressly waived by Parent, or initiate a lawsuit to enforce the terms of this Agreement to collect all sums due hereunder, including pre-trial, trial and appellate level attorneys' fees and costs.I have read the rules and am willing to comply with the provisions, understanding that the accumulation of 3 sanctions will compromise the permanence of the Player in the AcademyIofhave read and understood the contract of Academia Metodo Coira and I agree to be part of the 2025-2026 season.
